As far as the Dominions Department is concerned
I doubt if there is any need to invent a modification to
our Q:25. Our practice is no mally now to enclose copy of
the Foreign note intimating the appointment of a Consul
as this frequently gives useful information and mentions
the fact of a Consul being a Consul de Carrière.
